Stranger Portrait Session

As you all know, COVID-19 has taken a toll on all of us. The pandemic has especially taken a toll on charity and fund raising events. I wanted think of creative way to raise funds for the Children’s Cancer Center. So, not too long ago, I decided to put my match making skills to the test. I launched my first ever Stranger Portrait session. I thought, “I love match making and I also love the Children’s Cancer Center. So, why not put them together!” The idea was that you fill out the application, following an application fee of any amount donated to the CCC. How fun is that!

I wish I could’ve matched everyone who applied but I was happy to find at least one potential match among the many wonderful applicants. Brian and Alison we’re my two guinea pigs for this session. They were definitely nervous moments leading up to meeting each other, but once they got warmed it was a fun time! My match making skills didn’t hit the target this time but we still had fun, laughed, and helped contribute to a wonderful organization.

When it was all said and done the ADP Community was able to raise close to $1,000 for the Children’s Cancer Center. I am so thankful for everyone who took the chance and applied for this unique and silly session. It was a fun evening and I greatly appreciate everyone who donated and who took a chance on love for this cause! I am looking forward to doing this again.

Also, it’s never too late! If you find it in your heart to support this amazing organization please donate to the Children’s Cancer Center.
