Meanwhile, I should probably be embarassed to go to Xtreme. I have a membership there, and I do LOVE to work out- it makes me feel great….but we won’t talk about the last time I actually set foot inside the gym. Does paying my monthly membership dues count for anything? Strength training and cardio through osmosis, maybe??!! Let’s hope so! ha! Hope to see you there! 🙂
