Clearwater Wedding Photography for L & A

We had the absolute pleasure this past weekend of capturing all of the special moments from Lindsey and Adam’s Clearwater Beach wedding at the Sandpearl Resort. These two lovebirds actually met at a friends wedding in 2010 (they were in the bridal party) and thought that there may in fact be a “love spark” between them. With the two living in different states (Lindsey in FL and Adam in NC) they would have to find a way to make things work. Lindsey ended up visiting the bride in NC and saw Adam again, knowing this time that she needed to live there to be near him. Happily together, the pair still live in NC with Adam’s adorable 7 year- old son Addison.

As for their very romantic wedding day, we couldn’t have asked for better Florida weather in February! The ceremony took place looking out onto Clearwater Beach with Lindsey and Adam’s closet friends and family watching. We had a beautiful sunset that night and continued the party inside at their reception with lots of fun and dancing (and even some serenading by the groom himself!) The bride and groom wrote their own vows to each other, which really made their wedding ceremony extra special. I heard Adam mention during his vows how much he loves Lindsey’s smile…and I think we can all see why.  She lights up the room! Lindsey’s precious niece loved her princess wedding dress. Let’s talk about Lindsey’s grandparents and the fact that he has an iPhone…with a USA case!  LOVE it!  They are adorable! Adam could not have been a more kind, caring person.  Clearly he adores his bride- and his sweet son! Boys will be boys, right? Watching moments happen, anticipating them and capturing them is something that as wedding photographers is critical for us.  I loved that as I was focused on the bride, her mom, and sister, Kristin was capturing all of Lindsey’s girlfriends as they were filled with happiness seeing her in her wedding dress. Oh Lindsey….you are stunning! The beach ceremony about to begin…there are those adorable grandparents again! The bride and groom when they see each other for the first time. The colors of all the honorary bridesmaids’ dresses were prefect for a Clearwater Beach wedding. When I asked Adam and Lindsey to give each other some love for our portrait time together….they were all over it! We were blessed to have a stunning Florida sunset. The wedding reception was over-the-top with amazing attention to detail, decor, and all over fabulous-ness! There was no shortage of smiles on Lindsey and Adam’s wedding day! Toasts given by Lindsey’s sister and Adam’s best man were funny, emotional, and heart-felt.  I hope that at my daughter’s wedding I am still fortunate enough to have my high school friends as part of my life, like Pam and her girlfriends- the YaYa Sisterhood! The wedding cake was so pretty, it was almost a shame to cut into it! Lindsey had many of her FSU sorority sisters at their wedding, so of course they had to do a traditional Theta candlelight service….and the FSU war chant.  Adam had a little surprise of his own, as he hopped on stage with the band and sand Wagon Wheel!  The crowd (and the bride) went wild! We ran outside for a couple minutes to be able to capture some night-time portraits, and I am so glad our bride and groom wanted to create these!

Congratulations Lindsey and Adam, you two are truly the sweetest couple and we are so glad to have had the opportunity to witness your big day!

A very special thanks to all of the wedding professionals who helped make the day so perfect for Lindsey, Adam, and all of their guests.   It was a pleasure to work with you.
