We are not lying when we say we were anxiously awaiting Miselene and Larry’s Orlando wedding. They are such a fun couple and we knew spending the day with them would be a breeze. Miselene and Larry met on popular dating site, she is from Haiti and he is from Kentucky. Larry has 5 year old twins, so it was such a special day for the 4 of them to become a family officially. Their beautiful wedding at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort was attended by their closet friend and family. Their theme was fall inspired, so it was great to see lots of fall decor for the month of October, like leaves, fall colored florals, and candy corn. They even had fall scented candles in the reception that made the room smell amazing! We had a great time strolling the property with them for their portraits; Larry is constantly making Miselene laugh, which we love because she has the best smile.
Guests wasted no time getting on the dance floor to dance with the new bride and groom. The couple opted for a “money dance, “a gesture to help the couple get started in their new lives together. It’s an upbeat and interactive part of the reception involving music, dancing and bills of money being tossed at or handed to the couple. One thing that made us laugh at the reception, was Larry’s request for “cake batter” from their red velvet wedding cake. Yes, he ate a bowl of cake better with a spoon! (We do agree, the batter is the best part!)
We had the best day with them and we are so honored we were able to capture such special memories for them. We wish them all the love and happiness in the world and can’t wait to watch their family grow. Congrats Miselene and Larry!
