Sarasota Wedding Photographer for T+T

March 22, 2012

We were honored to photograph Tiffany and Thomas’  Sarasota wedding photography at the Ca’ d’Zan Mansion.  To say this couple is stunning would be an understatement.  I am talking….look out Crest because here is your next cover couple!  Here are some faves from their wedding day in Sarasota at the Ringling Museum: Tiffany’s amazing wedding gown (that she had completely re-made to fit the deign she envisioned).  Tiffany- I bet you are thrilled to be able to eat carbs again!  🙂 The bridesmaid’s dresses: The bride and bridesmaids on the grounds at the Ringling Museum The bridesmaids at Ca’d’Zan (this one was especially for you, Tiffany!)

Thomas and the groomsmen under one of the banyan trees at Ca’ d’Zan It was a perfect day for an outside wedding ceremony.  And the light could not have been more perfect! Team T and T (yep, that is what they call ’em!)  So cute, right?! The mansion provided a perfect backdrop for this delicious wedding cake. And for the happy couple, too! And one of the last images of the evening.  I just love how blissfully happy Thomas looks. Clearwater Beach Wedding Photographer for E + B

March 16, 2012

Photographing weddings at the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach are always fun, and always beautiful.  But being able to photograph Erica and Brain’s wedding was especially amazing.  I simply adored them when I got the opportunity to photograph them at their Tampa engagement session; plus, you see, Erica is a planner.  She leaves no stone unturned.  She is highly organized, but not to a fault.  So when I first walked into her hotel room as she prepped for her wedding day, I had to laugh when I saw her wedding binder, no….I should say her “Wedding Bible”.   (And I think it is safe to say that Erica and Brian are on their honeymoon right now reading this and Erica (and Brain) are shaking their heads in agreement and laughing!)  It did not surprise me at all to all to see all the little details that Erica had meticulously planned in making their wedding day beautiful. I LOVE that Erica used an image from their engagement session to get custom socks made for Brian to wear during the wedding…just in case he got “cold feet”.  HA! (Oh and Brian…yes you rocked with your “swagger”!) Erica you are seriously stunning! It was so amazing outside that day.  The sunshine was definitely our friend! I hope these teasers can help tide you over until the release of your wedding photography slideshow, Erica and Brian.  Have an amazing time on your cruise.  Enjoy every minute of your honeymoon.  Thanks for letting Andi Diamond Photography capture your love story!  xo

Our 10 Year Vow Renewal at Hammock Beach Resort

March 15, 2012

Ten years ago, on the rainiest day that Tampa has ever seen, I married my best friend.  OK, so maybe it was not THE rainiest day- but to this bride it sure seemed that way.  It was rainy enough to have our outside wedding moved to inside.  Besides vowing marriage that day to the love of my life, I vowed that in ten years we would celebrate our vows with a renewal- and hopefully outside.  We decided to have our vow renewal at a place that has become “our place”, the place we vacation every summer with some of our best friends and their families- Hammock Beach Resort in Palm Coast.  We are blessed with such an amazing group of friends, that all of the details for our events came together in a spectacular way, all captured by one of my best friends from college, Kelly, of Pure Sugar Studios.  (Kelly’s wedding was the first wedding I ever photographed several years ago when I was just a “newbie”.  Needless to say, I think I got the better end of this deal!  ha!)  After photographing so many weddings myself, I knew there was so much that I could do with my details and decor to make it beautiful and unique.  I chose a lemon and lavender theme, and used a ton of DIY elements.  (more on this in another post where I will show how we created our centerpieces and what we did to save money).  Of course, as this production started to grow and expand, Pete wondered why we could not have just gone to Bern’s for dinner.  HA- silly man! Special thanks to Mavilo, South Tampa’s finest jeweler for the stunning bridal necklace.  (Brides-to-be- make sure to check them out.  And guys- make sure to stop in if you are thinking of getting a FAB diamond engagement ring.  Ask for Mimi and tell them Andi Diamond Photography sent you.)  Thanks to our family and friends for supporting us and making our weekend wonderful- and for being such special parts of our lives.  Punky, I love you more and more each day.  Thanks you for being the best friend, partner, and father to our 2 amazing children.  I love you forever!  xo
