Just a quick note to wish all of my clients a wonderful Thanksgiving! I cannot wait for the turkey, stuffing, and all the other goodies that will be on our table tomorrow. Oh, and I LOVE all the appetizers, too! My mother-in-law makes some amazing dips! I can feel my jeans getting tighter just thinking aboout it! ha! Anyone up for a work out on Friday? And a calorie detox?! ha! I know I will need it!
